With years of experience as a court reporter and in captioning, founder Gay Cordova delivers the highest caliber of accuracy along with the nuance of meaning required for the most effective communication.

After serving as a court reporter for 17 years, Gay was ready for a change. She found it in captioning. She had just completed her captioning training when Hurricane Katrina hit. With so many news outlets needing captioning services, she quickly established a solid reputation for accuracy and nuance. For the last three years, she has provided captioning for several large media companies, as well as universities and colleges.

In the academic atmosphere, she found new inspiration working with deaf/hard of hearing students. She loves the way they take responsibility for improving their own lives, and finds real satisfaction in helping open new worlds for them to experience.

Gay has become an active advocate for captioning because she has seen up close how it can transform lives. Today she helps businesses bring leading-edge information to this dynamic community by captioning the videos, audios and webinars they publish on the Internet. She still enjoys serving the deaf/hard of hearing with personal real-time captioning services for live presentations such as university lectures and professional seminars.
